Job Description

A prominent financial institution in Abu Dhabi, UAE, known for its commitment to innovation and digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale strategic initiatives across business and technology domains.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex projects involving 150+ stakeholders across multiple departments
• Structure and manage project squads and tribes using agile frameworks
• Proactively identify priorities, mitigate risks, and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across IT and business units
• Coordinate moving parts between technical and business teams with precision
• Drive accountability and ensure timely delivery through persistent follow-up and tracking
• Make critical decisions on prioritization in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of project management experience handling complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
• Experience managing projects with large teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong background in IT project delivery and technology implementations
• Demonstrated success structuring and leading agile squads/tribes in large organizations
• Extensive stakeholder management experience at C-suite and senior leadership levels

• Budget management and financial tracking
