DescriptionHave you led a Project worth 500 Million to 1 Billion in the UAE in the past 7 Years on site for a Tier 1 Main Contractor?Titles are irrelevant as you will of trodden the path for the Main Contractor driving progress, leading a team and protecting the business bother commercially and contractually whilst still managing to keep a client relationship. Its a tightrope and journey unlike no other!Reporting directly into the Operations Manager for the P&L of this major Design & Build Project In Central Dubai.Our client is VERY, VERY clear what they want and there is no budging
- You will have delivered a 500-1 Billion AED Project for a Tier 1 in the UAE.
- You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project. You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to complete this race for our client!)
- This project will be within the following sectors Shopping Malls (Retail), Mixed Use, 5* Hotels & Tourism
- Leading Main Contractor
- 39 Years + successful trading
- Multi National Management Team
- Cash Rich Business with the right links and connections into developers and governmental departments
- We have a strong 15 Year +working relationship with this client
- Sat on site Leading the Team
- Building a project team capability
- Full P&L
- Reporting to the Operations Manager with a dotted line into the General Manager
- Happy to relocate to Dubai full time
- Degree Educated or Trades Background client is open minded
- Strong contractual , technical and commercial awareness
- Clear Track record in the UAE for a Tier 1 Main Contractor (Repeat Tier 1)
- Minimum 5 Year Commitment to deliver this project from start to finish
