The Role

Position Title:

Senior Project Manager (2 vacancies open - 1 in Dubai & 1 KSA) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai & KSA About the Client: A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region : ? Oversee the operation, production, and full lifecycle management of assigned exhibition stands from concept to physical delivery, ensuring adherence to project briefs, timelines, and budgets. ? Source, negotiate, and coordinate with subcontractors, internal workshops, external suppliers, and service providers to ensure projects are properly resourced, budgeted, and executed according to company processes. ? Review design and technical drawings, prepare material checklists, coordinate material purchases, and schedule all internal and external resources for production, installation, and post-opening adjustments. ? Maintain strong client relationships, ensure requirements are met, and actively participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and repeat business opportunities Candidates within GCC, particularly in UAE and KSA are open to apply


Requirements

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management, project management, or related field, ? Minimum 5 years of experience managing exhibition stand projects, preferably in a senior role. ? Proven experience working with designers, vendors, and contractors in the event or exhibition industry, with availability to travel for projects outside the UAE. ? Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities combined with proven project management expertise, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in high-pressure event environments.
