Job Title : Senior Project Manager (UAE Experienced - 10 Years Required)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 years' experience in high-rise buildings in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil works with a focus on ensuring project execution aligns with local regulations, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

10 years of experience in managing high-rise residential and commercial tower projects. Strong civil engineering background with expertise in structural works, foundation systems, and concrete high-rise construction. Leads overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinates with consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities. Ensures compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DM, DDA, and other local authority regulations. Oversees construction activities, including structural and architectural work Conducts site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Manages project risks, solves technical issues, and ensures timely corrective action. Supervises large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Ensures timely completion of project milestones and final handover. Skilled in contract management, variation claims, and procurement planning. Strong knowledge of high-rise logistics, tower crane operations, and site safety protocols. Proven track record of delivering high-rise projects within time, quality, and cost targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings, particularly in Dubai. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
