Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum

15 Years of experience

Professional certifications such as PMP

Extensive experience in High raise projects, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Work with other departments to Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.

Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and communications effectively.

Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety protocols, and international standards.

Manage change control processes and maintain project documentation to meet required standards.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior managers and team members.

Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure transparent and effective communication across all project phases.
