We are seeking a highly experienced and connected

Senior Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires not only exceptional project management skills but also a deep understanding of MEP systems within large-scale facilities similar to those developed by

Kempinski, Emaar Properties, Damac

, and other leading industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex MEP projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging directly with their project managers and senior stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry, leveraging an existing network, particularly within client organizations, to foster smoother project transactions and identify new opportunities. Oversee project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Mentor and guide junior project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For:

10-15 years of progressive experience

in project management within an MEP consultancy setting. Demonstrable experience working on projects for high-end developers and hospitality groups such as

Kempinski, Emaar Properties, Damac

, or similar prominent entities. A

strong consultancy background

is essential, with a deep understanding of the client-side perspective and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the company at all levels and

go head-to-head with client project managers

.

A significant and verifiable professional network

within the real estate and hospitality development sector, particularly within client organizations, which is considered a primary asset for this role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
