We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager (Civil)

to lead the execution of

multi-storied construction projects

in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

and a

minimum of 12 years of proven experience

, with a strong track record in managing high-rise or complex building developments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of high-rise and multi-storey building projects within time, cost, and quality standards Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and UAE construction regulations Oversee procurement planning, cost control, and progress tracking Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed Review technical documents, resolve site issues, and drive project milestones Lead project meetings and prepare regular reports for senior management Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum

12 years of experience

in

UAE-based high-rise or large-scale building projects

Proven experience in full project lifecycle management, from mobilization to handover Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Deep understanding of UAE construction laws, codes, and safety practices PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
