Job Description

We are a rapidly scaling UAE-based property developer specializing in mid to high-end luxury apartment projects. We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of our residential developments across prime urban locations. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of luxury apartment developments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our quality and brand standards.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for mid to high-end luxury apartment developments. Oversee feasibility studies, cost planning, scheduling, and procurement in collaboration with internal teams. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure timely approvals and permits. Lead tender processes, assess proposals, and support contractor and consultant selection. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Report on project milestones, risks, and progress to senior leadership. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align development strategy with business goals. Coordinate project handover, DLP management, and post-delivery processes. Support the implementation of scalable project management practices to enable company growth.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. 6-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in luxury apartment development in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, RERA, etc.). Proven ability to manage high-specification residential projects from design to handover.
Excellent project planning and execution skills.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
