Job Summary:

Fitout Bureau Interiors is seeking a results-driven and experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead and oversee high-end interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes in Dubai (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.), and be capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Navigate and manage all authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, TECOM, Trakhees, etc.). Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve technical issues. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols are strictly followed. Generate weekly project reports and present updates to senior management and clients. Lead and mentor junior project staff and site teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (PMP certification is a plus). Minimum of 5

-7 years

of experience in the UAE fit-out industry, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. Strong knowledge of

Dubai authority approval procedures

(DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.) is

mandatory

. Proven track record of managing high-value interior fit-out projects successfully. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage changing priorities effectively. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
