Job Description

We are looking for a well-seasoned (15 years+) Senior Project Manager who has experience combining creativity and technical knowledge with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the client's satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and will be: reviewing and commenting on the contract prior to signature, negotiating and appointing sub-consultants, leading meetings with clients, leading meetings with the team of consultants and assigning tasks to the project team to ensure successful delivery, driving the design progress, tracking progress to deliver the project(s) on time and within budget. #J-18808-Ljbffr
