- Oversee and manage contractors\' work in coordination with consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Report project progress, challenges, and milestones to the Head of Construction regularly
- Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary NOCs and facilitate handover procedures
- Control project budget, scope, and time schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Supervise civil engineering layouts and installations in alignment with specifications and regulations
- Ensure strict adherence to construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Lead project-related meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide project updates
- Monitor safety regulations and ensure compliance with international and local safety standards
- Review contractor claims, variations, and monthly payment requests, ensuring accuracy and justifications
- Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and site records
- Organize and plan construction and site facilities to meet deadlines and optimize workflow
- Resolve technical challenges by liaising with suppliers, contractors, and authorities
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials as per project requirements
- Provide necessary data for variation orders and site instructions
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering best practices
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with Dubai construction regulations, NOC processes, and local authority requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency
