Job Description
Quanterra Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client looking to expand their team. To be considered for the position, the ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 10 years experience in delivering high-end F&B projects.
- Technically strong with qualified Architectural, Interior Design and Engineering background.
- Experience from both contracting and consulting environments would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of working autonomously on multiple projects and the capability of managing a small team.
- MRICS professional qualification will be highly desirable.
- Experience of construction management forms of contract as well as design and build.
- Tendering packages and procurement.
- Cost management and budget control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organised and process driven.
