We are working with an global cost and multi-disciplinary consultancy firm to onboard a senior project manager. This is for the largest theme park project in Dubai. The project aims to be a centre for entertainment, sports, and culture. Our client is looking to invest in a senior project manager with strong leadership capabilities, previous experience on hospitality projects in particular theme parks and entertainment complexes.

A successful Senior Project Manager\'s will have:

• 10 years\' experience within construction project management.
• Ability to create and update effective budgets and project schedules.
• Ability to lead a construction management team & guide them in the planning and execution of construction activities.
• Familiar with Microsoft project and similar programs.
• Facilitate effective communication between the client, main contractor and stakeholders.
• Oversee the procurement process for labour and materials.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and construction standards.
• Effectively manage project risks and promptly address any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Exposure to large urban development schemes, ideally in the GCC.
