Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee high-end fitout projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Manage all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, including design coordination, procurement, and construction Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track Oversee contract administration and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale fit out projects Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Proven expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, and cost control Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and fitout techniques Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills Outstanding leadership and team management abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar Familiarity with LEED or other green building standards is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Willingness to travel to project sites as required
