Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital cash management and transaction banking solutions for corporate clients. The role involves end-to-end project delivery including governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and alignment with UAE Central Bank frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate banking technology, particularly in payments, collections, liquidity management, and API-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of corporate cash management and transaction banking projects.
Oversee integration of systems covering Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, and Virtual Accounts.
Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulatory frameworks and the bank's digital transformation strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, compliance, and operations.
Manage vendors, contracts, and technical delivery timelines to ensure quality outcomes.
Define and enforce governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and change control mechanisms.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product rollout.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and project documentation.
Apply agile and hybrid methodologies to manage delivery in dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
10-15 years of IT project management experience, preferably in UAE banking.
At least 5 years leading delivery of Corporate Cash Management or Transaction Banking systems.
Expertise in payment integration (SWIFT, UAEFTS, NPSS, ISO20022, Aani).
Experience with liquidity management, cash concentration systems, and trade finance workflows.
Strong understanding of corporate internet and mobile banking solutions.
Knowledge of middleware API frameworks and integration with core banking systems (e.g., T24).
Exposure to DevOps, Azure Cloud, or CI/CD-based delivery models.
Preferred Certifications
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile certification.
Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent field preferred.
