The team you’ll be part of
You will Be part of EBC Organization responsible on Pre sales & Delivery for Cairo Monorail Project Managing E2E Project delivery ( Execution, Financially, customer relation…) and In direct interface with Presales & Sales Teams for Up scoping & Contract management
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
Your skills and experience
- Deliver the entire customer operational and project scope, products, and services as per committed cost and quality
- Maintain excellent customer relationship strategy and manage upsell opportunities
- Customer interface, internal/external stakeholder’s management
- Execution adherence towards customer contract, as well as adherence to defined delivery model and risk management
- Orchestrating the delivery of the solution from Project Kick Off via Acceptance and Invoicing to Closing

- 10-15 Years of experience Managing Large Projects (Multi Scopes & 15 m Euro+)
- Experienced With Multi BG Companies Structure & Processes
- PMP Certified
- Managing large No of Suppliers & Vendors
- Contract management Experience
It would be nice if you also had:
- Transport / Railway experience
