Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects within defined financial targets and must have developed the appropriate communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in client and stakeholder relationships. They will be a lead interface with third parties which involves the selection of suppliers, agreement, planning, timelines, and quality of deliverables.Required profileRequirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture - Masters desirable
- 10 years of experience
- AE Experience is a must
- Certified in PMP or PRINCE2
- Significant experience of leading and delivering complex projects, financials, major resources, including third party suppliers, and transition into operational service
- Ability to have the robust/difficult conversations with customer, third party suppliers and stakeholders
- Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects; and take swift, appropriate and decisive action to address issues.
- Familiar with project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
