Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscape construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15+ years of experience required.
Experience with DM projects will be added advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage competing demands effectively.
Valid UAE driver's license, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Understand client's expectations and ensure that project deliverables align with them.
