Job Title:

Project Manager - Construction

:

As a Project Manager in our construction company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all project phases, from initiation to handover. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely delivery. Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and clients. Resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that may impact project delivery. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contractual requirements. Lead project meetings and manage effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
