Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager

to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in managing complex construction operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee large teams and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate a workforce of 300+ personnel, including subcontractors and site staff. Oversee all phases of project management - planning, scheduling, execution, quality control, and handover. Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Monitor risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions to prevent delays. Lead progress reviews, team meetings, and on-site decision-making. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 25 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in commercial building projects (malls, offices, complexes, etc.). Proven track record of leading large teams (300+ workers) in complex, high-value projects. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred for better coordination and cultural alignment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
