Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead major construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring

over 10 years of experience in the construction industry

, with a

minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in piling works within the UAE

.

Responsible of managing projects and representing the company including dealing with Engineer, client and subcontractors, as well as related correspondences. Review and approval of working schedules, Resources arrangement and selection of best methods. Review and certification of suppliers and sub-contractors' invoices Follow up for budget, cost control, deciding on several contractual issues and coordination with other company disciplines and general management. Supervising the execution of Shoring System using Diaphragm Wall

.

Supervising the execution of Piling System. Applying and supervising different pile tests including Static, Dynamic, Sonic and Integrity tests. Providing technical assistance to different company staff. Follow-up of financial issues towards suppliers, subcontractors and clients.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum of

10 years' experience

in the construction industry. At least

5 years of local UAE experience in piling and foundation works

.

Willingness to travel across UAE for work-related purposes.
