Our client is tier 1 cost consultancy looking to invest in Lead cost managers to join their commercial cost management team. They are looking for someone to work with the DMT and external stakeholders to develop and manage assigned component projects, including development of the scop of works, preparation of the project plans establishment and monitoring of the project program, integration, of requirements across all functions, monitoring the execution, budget invoices, project delivery, reporting, coordination with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be someone who not only has excellent experience but also is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator.

A successful project manager will have;

• Proven track record - at least 10 years\' experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• High level of professionalism, particularly managing client relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Membership of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) is desirable
• Strong pre-contract experience.
• Portfolio of building experience (infrastructure, road, and urban spaces etc.)
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred but not essential.
• Available to start in Q3 or beginning of Q4
