The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women\'s Empowerment Principles.What you\'ll be doingThe Project Manager - 3D must be:Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and must be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion within time, budget and quality.Have great organizational skills and handle both administrative and hands-on work while managing construction projects.Communicates efficiently and ensures all project stakeholders remain informed throughout the project.Responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project and/or multiple projects from beginning to end through monitoring and controlling of suppliers and contractors, while ensuring all regulations are met.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee construction projects from beginning to end through detailed and accurate project planningMonitors the project budgetDetermine the necessary resources needed to deliver project according to schedule Ensure supplies and materials are ordered and delivered according to scheduleHandle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project Anticipate and address problems that may arise during a projectEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsEnsure all appropriate permits and licenses from local authorities for construction works are obtainedEvaluate and develop risk management strategyLeading a team of project managersCollaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, landlord, authority representatives and key team members of the project team Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability when needed throughout the construction projectsKeep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standardsWhat you\'ll need to succeedBSc/BA degree in interior design, Architecture, Engineering, or another related field.PMP or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset.LEED or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset.Extensive previous work experience managing construction projects with strong and proven leadership skills.Excellent knowledge of construction materials, equipment, systems and construction management processes.What we can offer youWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
