Responsibilities

Work along with Lead of Digital Business Solutions Programs to develop and implement the ongoing DBS Strategy Ensure effective project and program management approaches are embedded within DBS Deliver. Help develop effective engagement with business leading to successful active management of requirements, current demand and applying industry best practices to project management. Build and develop positive reputation for DBS Programs by acting as an ambassador when dealing with other colleagues, customers, and external partners. Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation. Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Profile

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred 8+ years experience in IT and at least 3 years in a project leadership role 5 years experience as part of an Oil & Gas organization Strong project management skills Strong understanding of the core processes of an Oil & Gas company Strong relationship and negotiation capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
