As a Senior Project Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, and process simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long term horizon ( 2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years. * Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX, distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring and risk.

• Serving as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations.
• Advising management in the function and/or in the business.
• Having a supportive role in decision-making about important subjects.
• Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions.
• Working with cross functional teams.
• Having major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L
• Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
• Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in managing complex financial projects.
• Have an Oracle experience is a must
• Have a previous experience in oil and gas company is preferred
• Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have a Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
