We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Project Executive

to support and independently manage a range of events from planning through to delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the events industry -- taking ownership of projects while being guided by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering event projects from concept to completion. Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with clients, talent agents, suppliers, and internal teams to understand objectives and deliver exceptional event experiences. Support in developing project plans, budgets, supplier coordination, and logistics documentation. Coordinate with creative, marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution. Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers -- including assisting in contract negotiations and cost management. Oversee on-site event setup and execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any operational challenges. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations. Provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager / Project Director on project status, risks, and opportunities. Stay current with event trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance event delivery.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles within the events industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in client and supplier interactions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements. Experience in the Qatar or broader Middle East region is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
