Senior Project Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with strong expertise in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing fire protection projects from design to execution, with a strong focus on cost control and value engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage fire protection projects including fire fighting and fire alarm systems. Review project specifications, drawings, and ensure compliance with local Civil Defense regulations. Analyze and review BOQ and drawings to identify opportunities for cost reduction and design optimization. Suggest value engineering solutions and improve system design without compromising compliance and functionality. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation. Supervise site execution teams and ensure work quality and safety standards. Conduct testing & commissioning and obtain approvals from relevant authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems. Proven ability to reduce costs through effective design review and BOQ optimization. Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense standards and NFPA codes. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Civil Defense license (preferred). UAE driving license (must).
