to oversee multiple active construction sites.
The role requires a technically strong engineer capable of managing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project acquisition through industry connections.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Site Responsibilities
+10 years of experience
in supervision and coordination of
piling works
including:
Bored piles
Secant & contiguous piles
Diaphragm walls
Sheet piling
Oversee pile caps, foundations, excavation support systems, ground anchoring, struts, and dewatering works
Review and interpret geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications
Ensure correct execution of piling operations, including drilling, reinforcement placement, concreting, and testing
Coordinate and witness pile testing (static load test, PDA, integrity tests)
Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures
Multi-Site Coordination
Oversee and monitor
up to three active sites simultaneously
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and equipment teams
Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization
Resolve technical and execution issues across sites
QA/QC & HSE
Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards and approved ITPs
Enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on all sites
Participate in inspections, audits, and client/consultant reviews
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key technical interface with:
Clients
Consultants
Attend site meetings and provide technical input and solutions
Support project handovers and site close-out activities
Business Support
Support management in identifying new project opportunities
Leverage industry relationships to assist in bringing new works, leads, or tenders
Provide technical input during tendering and pre-construction stages when required
