Capital Technology Solutions (CTS) is a dynamic IT systems integrator delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple domains, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, infrastructure, and smart solutions. We are seeking a talented Senior Project Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our growing team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in IT and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure and technology projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, IoT, AI, BPM, and IT Managed Services. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure projects adhere to quality, compliance, and security standards. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays. Provide technical guidance and oversee the deployment of enterprise networking solutions, cloud environments, and IT security solutions. Assist in pre-sales activities by evaluating customer requirements and designing appropriate solutions. Monitor project budgets, track progress, and report to management on key project metrics. Stay updated with emerging IT trends, automation, and business process optimization to enhance CTS's service offerings. Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and best practice guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in project engineering, IT infrastructure, or systems integration. Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization. Expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity solutions, and IT-managed services. Experience in deploying backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Veritas, Nexsan). Strong knowledge of IoT, AI-driven solutions, and business process automation (BPM). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, client interaction, and technical documentation skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP are preferred.
