Job Description

:

Responsible for managing and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage systems, and industrial developments. Ensures project execution aligns with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, monitors quality and safety standards, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Review and interpret project designs, drawings, and specifications. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff. Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and documentation for management review. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management, design standards, and construction methods. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software. Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and local construction codes.
