Job Description

Role Purpose:

Supervise daily activities of the project teams, including CAC and RAC installation supervision, in-house Split installation, site inspection, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure successful completion of projects as per the agreed scope of work, quality standards and timeline. Liaise with 3rd party providers to Liaise with 3rd party providers to provide and source effective solutions to support successful project execution. Manage strong relations with key customers, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily project activities, including site operations of the CAC and RAC supply and installation. Ensure that the project is delivered with the agreed scope of work, time and quality standards. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and the scope of work. Conduct and manage site visits for potential projects to provide effective solutions. Plan, supervise, and guide the work of the project teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, quality and timely delivery. Provide technical advice to the installation teams when and as required. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed projects (shop drawings, technical and site inspection reports). Prepare estimated prices for potential projects based on on-site inspection reports or drawings. Liaise with subcontractors and ensure the necessary documentation is prepared for potential installation projects. Evaluate and monitor the subcontractor's performance on-site and provide regular feedback and any potential concerns to the management. Plan project activities, deliverables, and deadlines, and assign technical teams to deliver projects on time. Review shop drawings upon request for the supply and installation of CAC and RAC projects. Liaise with consultants and clients to prepare the necessary documentation to meet project requirements. Ensure up-to-date project activity data and provide regular progress reports to the management. Provide technical training to customers, vendors, and organization's teams. Assist the technical support team when needed. Follow and maintain health and safety procedures and ensure appropriate PPE availability on sites.

Qualifications:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus. +5 years of experience in construction, MEP, and HVAC industries. Proven experience in site supervision, inspection, and quality control. In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design. Strong knowledge of Duct, VRF, Chillers, Package, and Split products. Strong time management and project management skills. Hands-on experience using AutoCAD. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
