Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination:
Oversee the entire construction lifecycle: foundation to finishing Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and consultantsConstruction Supervision:
Monitor excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, masonry, finishing Ensure QA/QC standards and safety protocolsMaterial & Resource Management:
Approve and manage procurement of construction materials Optimize manpower and machinery use on siteClient & Contractor Liaison:
Coordinate between client, contractors, vendors, and consultants Chair progress meetings and resolve site issuesDrawing Review & Execution:
Review and interpret structural, architectural, and services drawings Provide technical solutions for site executionQualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 8-15+ years of relevant experience in
building construction
Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, waterproofing, finishing, and services coordinationJob Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
Experience:
