Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior Project Engineer

to lead and manage all technical and execution aspects of interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong site management experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure smooth project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all

interior fit-out project activities

from mobilization to handover. Review and verify all design drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and execution feasibility. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and budgets. Coordinate effectively with

clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

to ensure project alignment. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Review and approve

shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

. Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management and clients. Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, and joinery works. Handle site inspections, quality checks, and authority-related documentation. Lead and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams to maintain project standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

(mandatory).

Minimum 7-10 years of experience

in

interior fit-out projects

, with contimnuos experience in the same company will be preferred Proven ability to manage

commercial, retail, or corporate fit-out

projects independently. Strong technical understanding of

fit-out, joinery, and MEP coordination

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office

. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred:

UAE experience

in fit-out and joinery works.

Membership in the Society of Engineers (UAE)

or registration with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).

Valid UAE driving license.
