Senior Project Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and manage end-to-end project execution with precision and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely completion of fit-out works. Coordinate with design, procurement, joinery, and MEP teams to achieve project milestones. Review and validate technical drawings, material submittals, and BOQs. Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project communication. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend site meetings. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management. Proven experience handling corporate, retail, or hospitality interior projects. Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Excellent leadership, communication, and project planning skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
