Senior Project Engineer - Fit-Out
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Project Engineer (Fit-Out)
to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to completion. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance. Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements and local authority regulations. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and handle project documentation. Assist in project cost control, variations, and billing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least 3-4 years in a senior engineering role in UAE
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and joinery works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
