We are hiring a

Senior Project Engineer

with

5-8 years of experience

in

high-rise buildings or villa projects within the UAE

. The successful candidate will lead project execution, oversee technical and site operations, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations for high-rise or villa construction projects Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and project plans Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client specifications Prepare project reports, progress updates, and resolve any technical or site-related issues Lead site meetings and coordinate with internal project teams Guide and support junior engineers and site staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

5-8 years of experience

in

UAE-based high-rise or villa construction projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, project management, and site coordination Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
