Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Senior Project Engineer

to lead and coordinate engineering activities across all phases of construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure project objectives are met efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project engineering tasks from planning through execution and handover Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and contract documents Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and technical reports Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project alignment Monitor progress and performance of contractors/subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction activities Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications Attend client and consultant meetings, providing technical updates and resolving concerns Support the Project Manager in reporting, documentation, and change control management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on project scope) Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably in large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and local regulations Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering/project management software Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Compensation Package:

Monthly Salary:

AED 18,000 (Full package, including all allowances)

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
