We are seeking a seasoned

Senior Project Manager

with a solid

civil engineering background

and

10+ years of experience managing high-rise building projects in the UAE

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all phases of high-rise construction projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, safety standards, and budget. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a deep understanding of UAE regulations and high-rise construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver high-rise building projects as per approved timelines, quality, and budget. Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and site staff. Monitor project progress and proactively manage delays, risks, and issues. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements. Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, method statements, and material submittals. Coordinate with stakeholders including developers, consultants, authorities (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.). Manage project documentation, reporting, and ensure timely client communication. Conduct site inspections, chair progress meetings, and oversee quality and safety audits. Prepare variation claims, cost control reports, and final handover documentation.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management or PMP is an advantage). Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on high-rise buildings (20+ floors). Proven track record in managing full lifecycle of high-rise projects (residential/commercial/mixed-use). Deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and local subcontractor ecosystem. Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
