Construction Company

in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced and dedicated

Senior Project Engineer

to oversee and manage technical and site operations on major construction and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage day-to-day project execution activities on-site. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure technical compliance. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project progress. Monitor project schedules, cost control, and progress reporting. Ensure all site works comply with design, safety, and quality standards. Identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions to maintain project timelines. Support the Project Manager in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead site engineers and ensure team productivity and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related field. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in

construction and building projects

within the UAE or GCC. Strong background in structural and finishing works. Excellent knowledge of project management, drawings interpretation, and coordination. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software

. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
