The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple facade and aluminum projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and cost efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site management experience, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage aluminum and facade projects from initiation to final handover.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical and material-related issues.
Supervise on-site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress; prepare periodic progress reports for management.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify site challenges and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or rework.
Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, construction standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum
5-12 years
of experience in aluminum, facade, and glazing projects.
Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing details.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
Revit
, and
Microsoft Office
applications.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
