on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards
. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site management experience, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
aluminum, facade, and glazing projects
from initiation through completion.
Review and interpret
project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
to define scope and requirements.
Prepare and verify
material take-offs, cost estimates, and quantities
.
Coordinate with
design, engineering, procurement, and factory teams
to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Supervise and monitor
site execution
, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Track project progress, schedules, and budgets; provide
regular progress and cost reports
to management.
Liaise with
clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.
Identify site challenges and implement
corrective and preventive actions
to minimize delays and rework.
Ensure compliance with
local authority regulations, project specifications, and company policies
.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
.
5-12 years of experience
in aluminum, facade, and glazing projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of
aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing works
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
and work under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
.
