Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Project Engineer

to oversee aluminum and facade projects across the UAE. The role involves managing technical execution, coordinating with design and site teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the engineering execution of aluminum and facade projects, including curtain walls, cladding, louvers, and glazing systems. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings. Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals. Coordinate with design, site, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with UAE building codes and safety regulations. Perform site inspections, quality checks, and supervise installation activities. Support the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and as-built documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and design coordination challenges. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are effectively deployed on site. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

5-10 years of UAE experience

in aluminum and facade projects. Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and facade engineering. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and MS Office

. Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings. Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
