to take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple facade and aluminum projects in Dubai. The role demands strong technical expertise, hands-on site leadership, and the ability to manage project delivery in line with contractual, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. The successful candidate will act as a key link between engineering, site teams, clients, and consultants.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the
complete project lifecycle
of aluminum, facade, curtain wall, and glazing works from project award to final handover.
Study and interpret
contract documents, IFC/shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs
to define scope and execution strategy.
Prepare and verify
material take-offs, budgets, work schedules, and cost forecasts
.
Coordinate with
design, drafting, procurement, production, and QA/QC teams
to ensure technical compliance and timely execution.
Lead and control
site execution
, ensuring works meet approved drawings, quality benchmarks, and HSE requirements.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identifying risks and implementing
mitigation and recovery plans
.
Manage communication and coordination with
clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
for approvals, inspections, and site activities.
Control variations, resolve technical discrepancies, and support
commercial and claims-related matters
.
Ensure adherence to
UAE authority regulations, consultant standards, and company policies
.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and preparation of
as-built drawings and handover documentation
.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
.
5-12 years
of proven experience in
aluminum, facade, and glazing projects
, preferably within the UAE market.
Strong technical expertise in
curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, glazing, and facade engineering solutions
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office
(knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an added advantage).
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory

Preferred Profile
Experience delivering
high-rise, mixed-use, or large commercial facade projects
in the UAE.
Familiarity with
local authority approvals, consultant requirements, and regional construction practices
.
