to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in aluminum and facade systems, with a proven ability to manage projects from design coordination through installation and handover--ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage aluminum and facade projects from initiation through final handover.
Review and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
Coordinate closely with design, procurement, production, and site installation teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and project specifications.
Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, progress reports, method statements, and work programs.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and installation.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders; provide technical support and solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, local authority requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor project costs, identify risks or deviations, and report to management with mitigation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
(or equivalent).
7-10 years
of proven experience in aluminum and facade projects within the
UAE market
.
Strong technical knowledge of
curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, and facade solutions
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera
, and relevant facade industry standards.
Valid UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and perform under tight deadlines.
