The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion in line with approved designs and client requirements.
Manage
end-to-end fit-out and joinery projects
, including residential, commercial, and hospitality works
Coordinate with
design, production, factory, site, MEP, and subcontractor teams
Plan project timelines, schedules, and manpower allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to
quality, safety, and authority regulations
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections and factory coordination to ensure workmanship and finishing standards
Control project costs, variations, and procurement activities
Ensure timely approvals, submissions, and material deliveries
Prepare and submit
progress reports, completion reports, and handover documents
Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Report and address safety incidents immediately
Ensure compliance with local authority and client safety requirements
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum
7-8 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE
