Scope of Work
To lead the planning, design, and supervision of engineering works for university construction and facility improvement projects. The role involves developing initial engineering designs, proposing technical solutions for infrastructure enhancements, managing coordination with consultants, and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational plans.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to :
1. Prepare and propose initial engineering plans and designs for university construction and development projects.
2. Propose preventive, corrective, and improvement solutions for university facilities and infrastructure.
3. Coordinate with external consulting firms during the design and planning phases.
4. Prepare technical reports on work progress and project status, and propose appropriate modifications.
5. Perform any other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned.
6. Implement the operational work plans of the department derived from the strategic plan.
7. Carry out all assigned functional tasks while adhering to the required timelines for completion in accordance with operational plans, management directives, and set priorities.
8. Supervise the implementation of university-specific projects.

Minimum Requirement
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Language: Arabic & English (Writing & Speaking)
- Experience: 10 years
