Senior Project Engineer
Job Description
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities in coordination with project managers and site teams
Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements, ensuring compliance with standards
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce for timely project delivery
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve technical issues promptly
Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight risks or delays
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for approvals and smooth communication
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and address any non-compliance issues
Support cost control, resource planning, and material management to reduce wastage
Lead testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation and handover
