**Senior Project Control Engineer / Specialist**

Parsons is looking for an experienced **Senior Project Control Engineer / Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you will provide critical support in project controls, including cost management, forecasting, reporting, and procurement coordination, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Prepare detailed reports from Costpoint, CER system, Project Controls dashboard, or CFT to provide insights into project performance and progress.

+ Update percent complete information into ParsonsaEUR(TM) systems, including Costpoint, to ensure accurate tracking of project milestones.

+ Update forecasts into ParsonsaEUR(TM) systems, including Costpoint, to reflect changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.

+ Review and coordinate procurement requisitions, including cost coding and approval for project controls, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.

+ Prepare independent analysis for projects and/or programs to support decision-making and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

+ Conduct monthly reviews of costs, earned value, and performance metrics to ensure project performance aligns with expectations and contractual obligations.

+ Support the development of project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

+ Assist in the preparation of client invoices and ensure accurate billing in accordance with contract terms.

+ Monitor and analyze project risks, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.

+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

+ Ensure compliance with ParsonsaEUR(TM) project control standards, procedures, and best practices.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in project controls, cost management, or a similar role.

+ Proficient PC skills, including experience with various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Solid understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), job costing principles, and earned value management (EVM).

+ Experience with budget forecasting, tracking program/project budgets, and financial reporting.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Strong teamwork and customer relationship skills (internal and external).

+ Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Costpoint or similar platforms.

+ Background in engineering, construction, or project management consultancy (PMC).

+ Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools, including Primavera P6.

+ Experience with client billing processes and financial reconciliation.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.

+ Familiarity with risk management tools and techniques to identify and mitigate project risks.
