This role is reporting to the Group Head of Technology Strategy & Business Transformation and Operations.
A dynamic role, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us manage a portfolio of projects with Operations.

Summary of the Role
- You need to understands operational processes, with emphasis on Chargeback and Reconciliation solutions
- Will be looking to streamline back-office processes, such as chargeback solutions and automating reconciliation process.
- Technical evaluations
- End-to-end chargeback solution
- Be able to manager between teams, Technical, Delivery, Technology and Operations.
- Automate, optimize, streamline operations in the backend office with focus on Chargeback
- Reconciliation is manual heavy and we want you to automate it
- Look at our pre-packaged solutions and focus on integrating / implementing them.
- Needs to have experience in running implementation projects within operations
- 10+ Years in Banking, Retail Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Technology Payments
- Speak Operations and Technology language so you can communicate across all stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management is key, polished, confident
- GCC experience is required
- Good communications skills, can liaise with the technical team whilst also being able to demonstrate and convince c-suite/executives in business terms.
