This role is reporting to the Group Head of Technology Strategy & Business Transformation and Operations.
A dynamic role, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us manage a portfolio of projects with Operations.
Summary of the Role
You need to understands operational processes, with emphasis on Chargeback and Reconciliation solutions
Will be looking to streamline back-office processes, such as chargeback solutions and automating reconciliation process.

Technical evaluations
End-to-end chargeback solution
Be able to manager between teams, Technical, Delivery, Technology and Operations.
Automate, optimize, streamline operations in the backend office with focus on Chargeback
Reconciliation is manual heavy and we want you to automate it
Look at our pre-packaged solutions and focus on integrating / implementing them.
Needs to have experience in running implementation projects within operations
Experience
10+ Years in Banking, Retail Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Technology Payments
Speak Operations and Technology language so you can communicate across all stakeholders
Stakeholder Management is key, polished, confident
GCC experience is required
Good communications skills, can liaise with the technical team whilst also being able to demonstrate and convince c-suite/executives in business terms.
