Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Production Operator / Supervisor will oversee the production process, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team of operators in achieving daily manufacturing targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lubricant manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely operations. Monitor machinery, blending, and filling lines to ensure proper operation and product quality. Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies. Report production data, downtime, and maintenance needs to management. Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams to resolve issues promptly. Identify areas for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies. Ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available for daily production schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in

lubricant manufacturing

is highly preferred. Strong understanding of blending, filling, and packaging processes. Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance (HSE, ISO, etc.). Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical manuals, and safety data sheets. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is an advantage
